When one of your referrals closes, the broker pays Slipstream License Holding LLC a referral of usually 25%. You receive 85% of that referral fee. Once we collect $3000 in split fees from you, we only charge a $100 processing fee per transaction for every referral fee you earn the rest of the year.
First we ask that you discuss this with your current broker. Pending deals would close under that brokerage, and you would be paid as by that broker. If you have current listings and buyers, you will need to work that out with your current broker.
Unfortunately, no. Your license is in our holding company and you will sign an agreement that states you will not actively list or sell real estate. While we cannot stop you from attending a showing with the referred agent, it's paramount for liability reduction, that you let the agent do their job.

No. In the State of Michigan, license law states that you must hang your license with a brokerage. There is no escrow status. We are a non-MLS or board affiliated brokerage so you can be member of a brokerage without having to pay annual and monthly dues to your State, National and Local Association, MLS Subscription Fees, or broker desk fees.
