Slipstream License Holding LLC is a Michigan Licensed Real Estate brokerage designed to hold salesperson licenses with low fees and high splits. Jason Carpenter started Slipstream Real Estate LLC in 2016 in order to hold a few licenses of colleagues either retiring out of real estate or changing industries. It has evolved into an entity that is poised to serve the Michigan Real Estate industry and its salespeople as the industry shifts.

Jason has over 20 years experience in all facets of real estate brokerage. He started his career in 1999 in the Corporate Relocation arena and quickly evolved into Residential, Commercial, Investments and Property Management.

The Slipstream brand is now a Residential and Commercial team that sells in West Michigan and is headquartered in Grand Rapids. While Jason is still actively selling both Commercial and Residential Real Estate, licensees with Slipstream License Holding are encouraged to refer business to the brokerage and Realtor that works best for their client.

Slipstream recognizes the relationship you have with your lead source, and will never exploit that by marketing to them unless you refer that business to Jason's team.

Jason, an avid cyclist, started the Slipstream brand to make all things real estate related, "The easiest path to the finish line" In cycling, and other types of racing, the Slipstream is where one sits to maximize energy use by being pulled along by the lead racer. In Real Estate, the Slipstream, lets you the licensee, sit back, let someone else do the hard work, and earn you money.

Pay Less in Fees

We understand. You started a career in Real Estate because it had unlimited income potential, and gave you lots of freedom. However, the fees and expenses that come with MLS membership and subscription, NAR, MR, and local board annual dues add up. Not to mention, marketing, (online and print). Our low, annual $75 fee allows you to keep your license active whether you want to park it for a few months or a few years.

Keep More

Some license holding companies take up to 50% of your earned referral fee.  Slipstream takes only 15% of the Gross Commission Referral fee.  On a $200,000 sale, this could put $500 more in your pocket.  We also cap our annual split at $3000.00, and charge a only a $100 processing fee after you reach that cap status.

Your Database is your Database

Your contacts earn you more with Slipstream.  Our pledge to our licensees is to respect the relationship you created and nurtured.  Our sales team at Slipstream does not market to your contacts if they are referred to another real estate company. Period.  If you refer to our sales team, and there is repeat business, you will earn a 10% referral for not even contacting us!  To earn the full referral fee you must initiate contact with our team before your lead does.  (some rules and restrictions apply.)

Refer Where You Like

Have a favorite Realtor at a brokerage across town?  Feel your contact, would be better served by a specific agent?  Is your lead commercial in the Upper Peninsula?  No worries. You direct the business where you want.  If the broker is willing to accept the referral and pay the referral fee, then we direct the referral where you like.
